The place is quite nice at first sight. It is an ecolodge with very nice bengalows, right in the jungle. The owner is nice and welcomes us in a good way. However, we first realise a few things: the swimming pool is not as it seems on pictures, you cleraly cannot swim in it, as it is very green and...

Le Bout du Monde is a secluded tropical paradise in Kep. We have visited this place half a dozen times over the past two years and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it. This time around we booked the 'Residence Sopheah' suite, but we were upgraded without additional charge to the absolutely gorgeous 'Sorya Suite' courtesy of Jean-Luc the owner/manager....

Splendid khmer house, all made of wood, with splendid view on the ocean, the islands of Vietnam, fishing boats and the sunset. The Sorya house is probably one with the best view. Very clean place with very nice people. Unfortunately, the garden is not that well maintened. We will come back for sure!

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely place. Very kindly staff. The arranged our trips. The bungalow was superbe and had surely a room with a view. Breakfast was better then at Tiffany's. Ecopool for ecofans. We started the 8.5 km walk in the Keb park at the hotel. The Jungle Trail is real adventure including 267 meter climbing with...

When we visited about three years ago, I was blown away with this place, I really thought we had found paradise on a budget and said so. I don't want to make unjustified criticism on our return, but must say there has been a noticeable decline in little ways. Just maybe it was because the owner was away and the...

Le Bout is perfect, quiet, jungle surroundings, freshly grown & made food, secluded tree houses. This time we paid peak price $85 & sadly the service was not worth it. Masseuse did not come when booked, restaurant closed without telling us, wifi unreliable, breakfast took > hour to be delivered. Onsite manager is lovely, but unfortunately for the price charged...

If you should know the price of investment and the amount of work for designing the houses and gardens, you would have a more objective review.

We just spent two nights here and as others have said, it has its unique charms but it's best to know what you are getting. First of all, the traditional structures, up on stilts with thatched roofs and big private verandas, four poster beds with mosquito netting and Cambodian furnishings, the stone work for the shower, windows that consist only...

A beautiful hotel with an eco-pool, big lodges with own terrace and amazing views. Just nedt to the national parc so you can easily start your hike from there. Only 10mins from the crab market. Friendly staff, arranged travel to sihanoukvilke

Poor maintenance of premises, I could not see my feet in the pool. I am sure it was in the past a nice place, but it is not anymore. Over priced food. Not welcomed. Bed sheets were dirty. The people (girls) working there were doing their best but the owner was not welcoming. I understand now why there is no...

rooms views are definitely great! But no care is given to maintain the place itself. Half of the lampshades are broken and not replaced, no one removed the accumulated dust on the remaining ones. The electricity and appliances provided are old and dangerous (be very cautious with kids). Finally the restaurant prices are ridiculous for the country. We travelled through...
