Staid there 4 nights to rest. The beds and rooms are clean and comfy Good wifi. Very very good rooftop restaurant (try the garlic and peppers, the Cambodian bbq...). Helpful friendly staff. Bikes and motorbikes available for rent. Very nice place.

We stayed here for two nights and it was really good for under £5 a night, there were two fans in the room and the bed was pretty comfy. The food in the restaurant upstairs was amazing, definitely try the crepes!!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Good prices for room and food, friendly staff, nice room. Bike rentals were nice and easy. A bit far from Kep's main attractions if you're on foot though (but nice if you don't mind walking). I'd love to stay there again.

We stayed here for the night in Kep. We were dubious at first as the room was so cheap - but it was lovely! Very clean room with 2 big fans and great internet connection. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Certainly worth checking this place out of you're...

We booked this guesthouse towards the end of a trip and budget was running low! Not expecting much for our $6 a night we picked it because it had a good rating and the other reviews said it was clean. The first impression is a bit basic - it's set back off the main road with a little shop in...

Visal sak is a very nice place with a lovely family. The restaurant is very cozy, cheap, serve big portions and is DELICIOUS!!! Very good service as well. The room is big and clean, very quiet with nice view on the garden. It is a bit far from the city center but they rent bicycle and you're also able to...

The people were very friendly and the room was basic but good. It is a large property (three houses connected), but it was off season, so very quiet. It is at the main road to kampot and a 5-10 min walk to the crab market or the bus station. We asked to be droped of at the hotel insted of...

I would really recomend this place. It is not in the center of Kep, where everyone try to reap you off, it is a big (very) cheap guesthouse facing one side the mountain and the other the sea. Great off beat place but 10 minute by the market. Stuff are very friendly, the rooms big and clean and the roof...

I found bed bugs in my bed and went to the reception so that I could get a new room. The guy in the reception didn't understand the seriousness about the situation and just started brushing of the bed bugs. Like that is going to solve the problem. When I asked for a new room, I was told to pay...
