Dorm to be avoided but great price/quality ratio for the rooms. A room for two for 4$! And 4$ for motorbike renting for a day. The guesthouse is clean, breakfast is not good, better go to the nextdoor guesthouse for food. Nice staff.

Monkey republic next door was full, so we went to pepper and I'm glad we did. The staff was very polite and very helpful. You couldn't beat the value of this room and it was within a couple blocks of downtown. They'll rent you bikes or motorcycles as needed, or set up tours.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was quite spacious and clean, with wooden floors (which was a nice change after being surrounded by tiles for the past month), enough daylight, okay bathroom and a fan. The price for that was 8$. There are 2 shared balconies but we always had at least one of them completely to ourselves. You...

I was there with my partner for 3 nights first and, after visiting Sihanoukville, 5 more nights. Nice place to have a rest, clean, quiet, nice staff, flexibility (eg: let us hang clothes in their own hangers, let us look something up in their computer), nice balcony. Also well situated quite near the center, the river, and also near the...

Very nice and charming hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The place was relaxing and quiet with a nice terass. All of this for a very reasonnable price (only 8$ for a doublebed room). Moreover, motocycle and landry services were cheap and the staff was very kind. We had a great time there and I recommend this hotel!

Was a nice cheap relaxed stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and food was better than expected. Quiet and perfect distance from river and main area, very satisfied. Rooms were clean, hot water didn't work though. Also beware of dog packs in the town, can be aggressive with little to no assistance from locals

We took advice from our study old Lonely Planet book & seeked out this place. It turned out to just perfect for our own style. Off the main streets but an easy walk to the restaurants ... Pepper Guesthouse has spacious rooms. Only complaint is that there is no reading light available after dark. Thank goodness for Netflix!

We stayed here for three nights for $10 per night for a double fan room. We also rented a scooter which was $4 per day with no problems. Overall a nice stay...watch out for dogs using your shoes as a chew toy though!

Can't argue for the price. Clean, tidy and air con. Short walk or cycle to kampot centre and motorbikes can be rented here. They serve food and drinks but we didn't try any so I can't review their quality. Warm shower and relatively comfy bed. All round average for me.
