This is now one of my favorite places! Eating breakfast and watching elephants at the waterhole is special! The rooms are built around baobab, and they are elevated so the views from the balcony are spectacular!

Dear Brian, Thank you so much for your review. It is always good to have residents from Tanzania coming out to stay with us and we are very glad that you enjoyed your stay here. There is a certain serene beauty about it, giving way to vibrant numbers of birds and animals. I am sitting in my office now listening...

We stayed here for two nights. The camp managers and staff were very friendly. The service, food and accommodation werey all excellent. Highlight was the elephant - they were everywhere, grazing under the treehouse, wondering on the road. And also the elephants and water bucks always came to the waterhole right in front of the pool. The only drawback is...

Dear Victor, Thank you for your comprehensive review on Treetops and what we have to offer! The game in our area is generally good and the bonus is that we are located in an area that is managed by the community, predominantly Masaai people. Although this does put us outside the park, it encapsulates all that is important for wildlife...

Dee and Steve are wonderful managers of this beautiful property. They were ably helped by Johanna, our butler whose exceptional service and beautiful smile followed us everywhere. We stayed in over 5 different properties on our Tanzanian adventure and we were blown away by the authenticity and service offered here. We spent 3 nights on this property with one being...

Dear Karen, Duncan, Benjamin and Isaac, Thank you so much for your review. It was great having you and we are so glad we could offer you an authentic African experience. The new year's dance was one to behold. It was great how everyone joined in and there was so much jumping that I was worried the floor would not...

We just spent our Christmas Days at Tarangire Treetops and felt very happy with our stay. The staff is great- we had a wonderful guide for the game drives and staff accompanying us and giving us insights into African culture and life! We miss you guy's - besides it is a beautifully located lodge.

Part of my job means that I get put up in 5+ star hotels in Asia 6+ months out of the year, so I like to think I have a good gauge of quality. And this place is MAGICAL! I stayed here for the final night of my 10 day safari. And honestly, I wanted to skip my game drive...

Dear Kate, Thank you so much for your review and resounding acclamation of Treetops and what we have to offer. The place is magical, in its way, nestled in the Baobab and Marula trees. The staff are the heart of this magic, with plenty of time and good will for all they encounter. And then the animals, from bats to...

We absolutely loved staying at the Tarangire Treetops. I will always remember sipping on a glass of Chardonnay in the lobby while watching wildlife drinking from the nearby watering hole. Our candlelight dinner was outside and afterwards we were escorted by the Masai staff to our room. Total luxury! I collapsed into bed and had the best sleep ever only...

Dear Louise, Thank you so much for your review and for painting a picture of how close the animals are to us. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and felt at home in our rooms. It is so important to get some rest in while on safari, as safari-ing is taxing on mind and body. We hope you...

Tarangire Treetops was incredible. It is very well-appointed and boasts pure comfort while on safari. The food was phenomenal. The showers (his and hers shower heads) were amazing after a hot, dusty day on the road. It is really really expensive - but if you're looking for a splurge you can't go wrong. The two negatives I felt about this...

Dear Mandy, Thank you so much for your well-balanced review. I am sorry that your stay here was overshadowed by the uneasy walk at night through the lodge. A wonderful accommodation in the park. One of the unique features of this property is the watering hole they created very close to the dining area and the "lobby". Thank you for your review! Our elevated rooms are indeed special and afford our guests wonderful views of the game and plains. There is something quite whimsical and nostalgic about being up in a 'treehouse' especially in the middle of the Tarangire, surrounded by ancient baobabs! We hope to welcome you back soon. Best Wishes, The Tarangire Treetops Team
