Josefina and her staff made our first tented camp experience EVERYTHING!!!! Delicious meals, hospitable hearts and a welcoming feel all around. Beautiful scenery, a lovely Masai guided tour to the lake with Mely...a very knowledgeable young man...and our favorite was our first night escort to our tent...the two warriors sang the NEW then and the NOW very familiar welcome song...Jambo!...

Absolutely fantastic! We visited Tanzania on our honeymoon in July and this was our favourite place to stay! Lovely hot showers, a deck overlooking the lake, massive beds with mosquito nets and even a hairdryer in the middle of the bush. Would highly recommend!

This was a really beautiful camp! Each tent was large and spacious and clean, fully stocked with toiletries and bug spray! The mosquito nets fit right around the bed which was nice and the room was quite warm! Dinner and breakfast were good, the stir-fry at dinner was my favorite! They had a campfire after dinner which was a nice...

Maramboi Tented Camps is embedded in the gorgeous landscape of Lake Manyara and is the most beautiful lodge I have seen. The tented rooms are fabulous, very spacious, have a fantastic large bed and beautiful bathrooms. They have put a lot of effort to create this space and it is remarkably well kept. The dining space and bar are just...

Wonderful place to stay! vinyl tents that are very strong with a thatched roof in the middle of the Tarangire National Park. The tents are huge, with shower and bathroom, fans and mosquito nets surrounding the beds. You hear all the wildlife right outside your tent, and are escorted to and from there by 2-3 Massai men with spears! Wonderful...

Wow! This was a luxury accommodation, and I would go back in a heartbeat. The rooms were spectacular, with toilets, hot showers (though very low water pressure), and comfortable beds. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the animals. The pool was beautiful, and the view just can't be beat. We enjoyed our meals, as well as happy hour...
