My sister and I live in Arusha, Tanzania and this is the place we take ALL our guests! The food, staff, and rooms are amazing! But the view is the best part - you feel like part of a safari. We've been to multiple Tanganyika Wilderness Camp sites and all of them are great venues. Highly recommend Maramboi for anyone... More

Outstanding staff and service. Best infinity pool view ever overlooking lake and grazing wildebeest and zebra. Poolside cocktails and nibbles offered for free at night and strong breakfast buffet and nightly stir fry dinner with good choices And close to Tarangire entrance too.

What can I really say? It would do it a great injustice if I just describe by words. I can not fully do it without missing on a lot of things that is so great about this place. Everything is covered. Sights, sounds, Site, food, etc, and most of all the great staff that the place employs. Just Do It!!!

My wife and I stayed just for a night at Maramboi Tented Camp, but was enough to be amazed. The room is very cosy and at night, you'll sleep with the sound of animals passing thru. Amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always with a smile. Priscila, our waiter and Elias, who cooks pasta at dinner, were... More

This tented camp site was amazing, the luxurious rooms overlooked Lake Manyara and vast mountain ranges. Throughout the grounds, you can find zebras and wildebeests grazing. The amenities were impressive, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing.

I will return to this beautiful place. It had a stunning view of the lake from the bar and restaurant...also my room. The food was delicious, the wine South African, and the birdlife abundant. The ambience was peaceful and I slept very well. Elisha and his team took good care of us.
