My first room was not cleaned properly and I had to change rooms. Staff in all areas were very nice. I would probably not stay here again because the carpet and small bathroom. But hotel is in a good area in Greensboro.

I was very pleased and made to feel that my business was important and appreciated. The customer service from making the reservation to checking out was excellent service. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very courteous and knowledgeable of their position. The rooms were very clean as well.

A red roof is a red roof. Quality of room isn't always that great. However , for a quick stay this may have been the best I've ever been to. Sherica, at the front desk was professional , handled business, and extremely polite. Always a fan of great customer service. Hey management, give her a pay bump.
