An experience never to be repeated. Poor service, dog poo all over the grounds, young rottweiler dog keen to play ripping up seat covers and jumping up at the dinner table, cigarette ash all over the table, chairs stacked up on the couches, plug sockets hanging from the wall, unclean bed linen, in-edible breakfast, non-existent hospitality, shower running cold and... When a hotel is recommended by trip advisor I guess you have high expectations. When we arrived at Dar Zitoune I thought it was beautiful. Decor is gorgeous, garden lovely, view absolutely breathtaking. But looks aren't everything. Initially the owner was really charming, but he soon disappeared after we had ordered an evening meal (hotel is quite a way from... More

Nice location, breathtaking view from the terrasse, quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We have been disappointed however by the lack of service. The maid would speak only arabic and the host welcomed us briefly and then disappeared. We had to wait more than 1 hour to get a breakfast. The swimming pool was dirty. Some more... More

We were staying in this riad for our honey moon for 8 nights. The service was really kind, pleasant and helpful, specially Amin who is the only one who speaks English really good. Room was very comfortable and clean. The owner and Amin helped us with renting a car and showing us a paragliding start. We were a bit disappointed... More

One of the best views I've seen in Morocco. This place is awesome, the surrounding countryside is amazing and the food was the best we had in our entire trip. The hospitality was top notch and super friendly, I highly highly recommend a trip here. P.S. if you like paragliding this is also the number 1 destination in Morocco

Made a prolonged afternoon stop here after a trip to Imlil from Marrakech. My son was feeling unwell and was well looked after by the wonderful staff whilst the rest of us passed the afternoon in the gorgeous gardens with the magnificent view. Highly recommended !

A great place to stay to escape Marrakech for a few days. We stayed for two nights - we had a wonderful suite, with fantastic views out over the plains and the mountains. There are lots of outdoor things to do nearby, but we opted to just relax and go for a few walks. Fantastic meals - the best we... More

Beautiful, magnificent ... all of these adjectives can’t describe this place as quiet as beautiful ,nature without a human touch, it feels really far away from stress, a place to freshen up, lucky it was only by chance that I discovered this beautiful riad, I too loved it not only for the beauty of the place, but also for its... Thanks so much Anouar for this fantastic stay with you and your team. Everything was amazing (quad, buggy (180° ;-) and 4x4). My daughter did her first paraglide's jump and flight and will never forget if. the food was so good and I'm dreaming about your "couscous" (too much kg after !!!) The site is so nice and the view... “Make sure you are not mixing this accommodation with two other hotels called Hotel Dar Zitoune and Riad Dar Zitoune- a few of the reviewers have evidently done so - they are very very different places. The negative reviews here are the accurate accounts.”
