We had three fantastic days in Meru -much quieter and more private game viewing than Offbeat Mara that we visited October 2011. Our guide was the wonderful Stanley and we encountered angry bull elephants, lots of other great game including black and white rhino at the rhino sanctuary. Each time we arrived back at camp the Flatts were there to... More

Family of four, got what was expected and more! Enjoyed the real bush experience, sleeping and eating under canvas, but with enough luxury to enjoy it as a treat! Food was great, they catered for the kids separately. Enjoyed sitting around the bonfire for pre dinner drinks and tasty snacks, and also sharing of the dining table with other guests... More

This was our 2nd safari holiday but our 1st to Meru. We came to the area because we wanted to see birds and reviews suggested that the area was almost devoid of game but full of bird life. Well it was half right. Loads of birds but hang on lots of game too. Amazing views of rhino in the sanctuary,... More
