Had such an excellent time at this hotel! Loved the room, food and pool!! Very well ran hotel in a fabulous area where you can buy gifts and visit a museum just across!! Very polite staff and helpful too!
We had lunch at this lovely hotel and enjoyed it a lot. The location is great - the hotel and its restaurant are located right on the beach of Grand Bassam. We enjoyed the stunning view and the delicious food. The hotel staff and the director were very friendly and extremely helpful as we had to plan our trip back to Abidjan.
The sea side view is great, but it is not worthy. We arrived late night tired, and the room was not ready. We have to tell them a TV was not there before they noticed. The bed sheet was dirty and filthy. The smell is the room was bad as there is a lot of humidity. We have to change room, but it was still the same. The room was like £70 per night. We thought an expensive hotel would deliver a clean place and great servixd5. We were wrong. Have a look at the pictures. The place was disgusting. The pictures on the website are deceiving. So I took my own pictures. We couldn't sleep , so we left the next day. Be aware!
I was interested to see the target of the 2016 terrorist attack, after passing security the staff were super friendly and helpful, as well as plentiful although no-one spoke English. Despite that advice was offered as we managed to communicate. Mainly African clientele, and it was the best coffee I found yet in Cote d'Ivoire.
30 minutes to wait for the luggages, in an empty hotel. Then all the afternoon the loud shouts of the parking boys . The bathroom was good it seems they renewed it. But the bedroom is rather old and the lights really too weals. Disappointing breakfast. The beach is dirty. So no, I would not recommend the place even if the garden is nice and the pool too. Even if the hotel is surrender by bars, the night was quiet .
