While not the nicest Marriott I have ever been to, it does the job and does it well. I like the Starbucks in the lobby. Gym is adequate. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff is friendly. Location is right off the highway.

Agree - no free breakfast unless you have access to the Concierge Lounge. There are several places nearby on the other side (Inner Loop side) of the 495 Beltway, but not within walking distance. You will need to drive over to Greenbelt Road.
