Might have been better if you booked through the complex and not an outside source. We had to wash our towels several times. And one lady in the office had a very bad attitude about getting change for washing laundry. VERY HATEFUL

Depends on whether you are booking through the complex management or an independent property manager / vacation club. Our vacation club supplied towels and linens. As mentioned above - each unit is owned separately.
