This review is not for a particular stay, as we have had so many unforgettable dinners, and stays at this one and only true 5 star resort in the area. This is just a small tribute to a place that was one of the best places around The Smokys, to visit, stay or dine. Our hearts go out to the...

This mountain top lodge is just gorgeous! We did two nights and I wish we had a week there. The facility was so well kept and everything in perfect order. Out on our deck we could see wildlife and even small bears. It was crazy! Definitely worth the rate.

BEST PLACE!! NICEST PEOPLE and AMAZING FOOD! CANNOT WAIT FOR THEM TO REOPEN!!! They were so accommodating we were stuck without somewhere to stay because we originally were booked at this horrible place called Gatlinburg Falls Resort with dirty, unsanitary cabins which put a huge rut in our trip but BUCKBERRY was able to squeeze us in to their only...

Absolutely beautiful view from our room! Very quite, and the Staff was always helpful. The food was amazing. Lots of places to chill and relax in a rocking chair. We were there in Oct before they were destroyed by fire. But I know they will rebuild even better and we will be back when they do!

We stayed for one night in September. We literally did not want to leave. Had we not had other plans, we would have absolutely extended our stay. From the views of Mt.LeConte to the food, our accommodations, the staff, the authentic lodge décor and the chance to see bears, we knew we had discovered the Smokies best kept secret. We...

Rarely does one find a facility that does everything very well. We stayed at the lodge in celebration of our wedding anniversary, ending on Mother's Day. Our stay was awesome in every respect. From the included breakfasts to the Mother's Day buffet, every meal was a culinary treat. Our anniversary dinner? Spectacular! The well managed and inspired staff offer an...

What a shame about the fires. We stayed here during the first weekend in November. The views were beautiful and the food and dining room/bar were first rate. Hopefully the lodge will rebuild and be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in June 2016 as part of a two week road trip. It was by far the nicest hotel of our stay. We booked a one bedroom suite and got Chimney Tops Room 5201. The decor was rustic but comfortable with the fire a welcome touch on the chilly mountain evenings. The...

We stayed in the lodge last March. My first time in the Smoky Mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was an awesome, rustic place to stay. We were well cared for and our room was incredible. Beautiful view of the mountains. I enjoyed the restaraunt and the rustic antiques in the lobby. I was mesmerized looking through the old...

I have stayed in this Inn several times and the place is incredible. It is so sad to know that the recent fires in the Pigeon Forge area have destroyed this marvelous Lodge. The food, accommodations, and the spirit of the Lodge are to be really admired. The owners are the folks who built this place and run it with...
