Very, very clean. Much better than your chain hotels. Family owned very pleasant. Not your luxury sweet but a great overnight stay. It is a ways past Gatlinburg but the Drive is awesome and you go by Taste of Italy which is a superb Italian restaurant. Well worth the Drive for a gentle, and quiet sleep.

My wife and I stayed one night here. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. If you are looking for top of the line amenities in a luxury hotel, this is not your place. It is, however, very clean, comfortable and quiet! It seems as if time has forgotten this motel... in a good way. It reminds me...

We were in town for our grandson's wedding and spent 2 nights. There were some minor snafus concerning a remote control getting stuck on one channel, and the replacement not working with the tv, but Patti quickly changed out the tv and seemed happy to oblige us in anything she could do to make us comfortable. Clean rooms and excellent...

We booked this on line and were pleased with it. Not fancy but owners were friendly and it was more than good enough and clean. Great for the budget minded. It would have been nice to stay in the downtown area, we had no idea what Gatlinburg was like, but this place was perfect for our budget. Wifi did not...

If you are needing a inexpensive place to sleep away from the crowded strip, this is your place. It is not walking distance to the strip, but the trolley does stop in front of the hotel. We stayed in the room with the Kitchenette (rm 139). The room included a sofa, recliner and 2 double beds. Also had a stove,...

This was the first time I've been back in about eight years and was not disappointed. The rooms are clean, staff extremely friendly, and located in just the right spot to shopping, not too close and not too far.

This is a great spot way from all the noise of downtown Gatlinburg. Steps back in time with a clean simple room overlooking a creek. Has a pool to swim in too. Great to go before and after camping in Smoky mountains. Unplug let kids learn from nature instead of the smartphones.. nice conscious owner who lives on sight.

Enjoyed everything about the room, but we did have ants on arrival that just overtook the place after the kids fed the ducks and spilled some cereal on the floor. Notified the desk and the ants were taken care of quickly. Very retro hotel still using keys to open the doors- you get one, but clean and everything worked. Liked...
