Private log cabins along the highway feel secluded and peaceful, even though you are moments from West Glacier and the national park. Staff made good off season dining recommendations which required a drive back to Columbia Falls --well worth the scenic drive, to Three Forks Restaurant. The Going-to-the-Sun road was just as I hoped for early in May: closed to...

My husband and I were married last year at Great Northern and it could not have been any more magical or delightful! The staff were lovely and helpful and everything was great! They have everything you need in all the chalets! We rented all the cabins for all our closest friends and it was one big friend getaway all weekend!...

We booked for a large group over the phone. User friendly and clear instructions. We requested a specific guide and we were all about to be on one raft with that guide. He was skilled, safe and informative. This was a highlight of our family reunion and we would return to do it all again.

We had such a great time floating down the river with Great Northern Resort. Everyone from the front office, to the guides, to the bus driver were all so friendly, helpful, funny, and down to earth. They really made it a pleasant experience for our family. I was a river guide many moons ago and it is clear that every...

First of all, I have to say the Glacier NP is amazing, which is obviously why we were there. We booked a cabin at this place last minute and got it half price because it was early in the season. We checked in, which went smoothly and were shown to the cabin. The cabin was clearly newly built and was...

First, we realize you have many choices when making reservations and we’d like to thank you for staying with us. Four of our cabins include a full sized tub and shower combination and the fifth cabin has a standard size shower. We apologize this wasn’t large enough for you. Thank you for bringing the valve to our attention and this...

We ended renting out a few cabins for a wedding weekend. Cabins are nice and comfortable, and you can get casual breakfast/lunch on site. The cabin I stayed in sleeps two comfortably, but others can fit a whole family. Close to West Glacier entrance and restaurants.

A wonderful place to settle in after a long day hiking in Glacier NP. The cabin had all the essential utencils and tools in the kitchen and there were plenty of places to lay back and relax. The porch was adorable and offered some animal and people watching...a cabin in the woods right off the road.

The dinner float + whitewater trips are awesome. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, the trip was beautiful and the meal was to die for, from appetizer to dessert. One of the best meals I have had in Montana. It is now our summer tradition.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at the Great Northern. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had one problem that they fixed promptly even though it was Memorial Day. I accidentally left my favorite cake pan at the cabin and they had washed it and saved it for me in the office until I could return and pick it up....
