Our family (of 3 + sm dog) stayed in the Wren's nest and thoroughly enjoyed the clean mountain air, great hospitality, amazing food, beautiful peaceful landscapes, and hiking trails abundant with wildlife! We had the BEST BREAKFAST OF OUR LIVES THERE!! Silver City was a quick 5-10 minute drive to down town which had good restaurants and a small town...

Quiet and located in the countryside, this B&B offers a secluded feel. It has been lovingly restored and artwork (for sale) is located throughout the lodge. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is even a brewmaster on the premises who serves a great amber ale. Breakfast is included and we opted to have breakfast served on the covered veranda....

We returned to this lodge after a stay years ago under ownership of the Nature Conservancy. It's even more lovely now. We stayed in Mimbres, downstairs in the main lodge, with my mother in Gila, the other downstairs room. They both open onto a semi-private veranda with outdoor seating. It's amazing to sit on this covered patio and watch deer...

This is my second stay at the Bear Mountain Lodge, I really enjoy this Bed and Breakfast. It is just so comfortable and everyone who works here could not be nicer. The accommodations are very clean and tastefully decorated. All rooms are different. Our king bed was very comfortable as well. There are wonderful hikes right on the property. We...

We were just passing through to see what the buzz was about Silver City, Never had been there before. Found a lovely b and b Ranch in the middle of the mountains. Will plan to go again and stay a few more nights and play while there.

Just completed our 2nd visit to BML April 29-30. We've stayed at literally dozens of B&Bs across 8-10 states, BML is one of THE best. Wonderful hospitality, excellent accommodations, superior food. Worth going to just for the experience vs.as a place to stay while on route to some place else.

After driving on crowded and stressful Route 180 we drove a few miles north and were greeting by a friendly and warm staff at BML. BML is set on the perimeter of Gila National Forest and is in a beautiful setting completely away from Silver City. The main lodge has a dining room and a large lounge area which is...

We visited on a weekend in late March. Upon arrival we first noticed a large group of folks who turned out to be local artists and photographers. The Lodge was hosting a competition paintings and photos of birds. A perfect intro, since the lodge is decorated with sculptures, paintings, etc. from local artists. While the lodge is quite old, it's...

A travel writer friend told us this was his favorite place to stay in all of New Mexico, so we made a detour on our way to Tucson for a night. Next time, it will be our destination - what a place! It was the highlight of a wonderful vacation week in the Southwest. Breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed...
