Decided to treat myself to a stay at this hotel while my ex moved out of our apartment. Needed to find a pet friendly hotel since I had to bring my dog with me. Darren, the front desk manager, hooked me up with a dog bed, water & food bowls, potty pads, everything that I may need. I gave this hotel 4/5 because I requested a bathrobe and slippers but never got them and I needed to get some work done but unfortunately, there was no desk.
I stayed at The William Vale for three nights in November 2019. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the king room and my room was situated on the 14th floor. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern and had a fantastic view over Brooklyn. The rooms were big for New York standards. I can’t complain about this hotel. The gym was great, the rooftop bar was fantastic, and all of the facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant located inside the hotel, Luca, was delicious. I dined here for breakfast and dinner. The food was divine and the service was fast and top-notch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is in the perfect location in Williamsburg. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Brooklyn.…
By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the tristate area. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Gotham corner suite and the pictures online don’t do it justice. The private balcony is huge and the views are astounding. We were met by two amazing staff members Darren and Chris. They were very kind and went above and beyond for us. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Definitely will be coming back very soon.
Darren and Chris are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I have stayed in many hotels throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, etc. and have never experienced such a personable and accommodating staff. The room was stunning, and the mini bar was stocked with a variety of items. My expectations were exceeded. Definitely will be coming back ASAP.
Incredibly comfortable & quiet stay. The view of Manhattan at night is awe inspiring, and walking out on the balcony took the whole experience to the next level. Le Labo toiletries smelled amazing. There are several drawbacks on this hotel. The elevators were only half-lit. Not sure if that’s due to low occupancy due to COVID, or if it’s to set a mood. Either way, it was a little creepy. No vanity mirror in the bathroom to put on makeup makes me wonder if there were any women on the interior design team. And because I was traveling for work, the fact that there was no desk space was inconvenient. The view & the balcony are my reasons for giving this location 4 stars.
