This little hotel on Flatbush Ave is perfect for any business you have in downtown Brooklyn. Breakfast included with room; nothing over the top, but a good way to start your day. Check in was smooth as was check out. Will stay here again

The moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed! Caroline, Kila, and Darren (he helped with our bags...I hope that was his name) had big smiles and welcomed us. While checking in, they asked about our trip and engaged us in conversation. They helped with directions, places to go, things to do, and how to move around the city. When we came back, Caroline, Kila, and Darren greeted us once again. They asked about our day, and how we made it around the city. Our room was still not ready, so Caroline got us checked into a new room. Darren got our bags and helped with dinner recommendations. When we got into the room, it was clean and spacious. The hotel itself it very nice, clean, and well kept. Breakfast is well stocked. I stayed for 12 nights and can not say enough positive things about the front desk and managers. They were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay! Will definitely be back soon!

Our adult daughter arrived early for our stay and had to wait a couple ours for us to get to the hotel. Ki was a wonderful light to our day - she made sure our daughter was comfortable, kept our bags, gave us lunch directions and was a delight to talk to. We will come back to this location because of her!

This hotel was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Fulfilling our special request for a Manhattan view, the service once we arrived, exceptional location and yummy breakfast that got us going in the morning. Room was small but clean & comfortable with a fridge and microwave, which we love!

I was with my family across the street at The Tillary and to our dismay there wasn’t a microwave in the entire building. Called across the street to the Hampton Inn to see if they could help and Molly graciously offered complimentary use of the microwave by their front desk. When I arrived Luka directed me to the microwave and even offered utensils for my family’s now piping hot soup. Thanks Hampton Inn! Little things like this go a long way in my book and I’ll remember the next time I’m in town!

This location is fantastic! As you've been reading the other reviews I agree that it was the highlight of our stay. Checking in wasn't pleasant, the guy said, "I see you booked a double room" and I said, "No, just the one." He then proceeded to say that it was what I had booked and that he would try to change it. I said, "Whatever works best for you all but I only booked one." The other employee leaned over and asked what happened, he said he was trying to change the room to a single and she said, "You can't do that. That's what they booked, they need to stay there." I didn't realize that the entire time he meant to say 2 BEDS, not 2 ROOMS. He misspoke and it was awkward. It made us look like we were being difficult and wanted to switch rooms/etc. After that situation, the staff was super friendly as we checked out. We didn't have any other interactions with them. The room was extremely small, there was something sticky on the carpet and it kept getting tracked everywhere in the room. There was an old glove on the bathroom floor and it overall wasn't the cleanest room but we weren't there to stay in the room the whole time. It wasn't "oh, we need to change rooms, or need to tell the staff" dirty, but it wasn't the cleanest. I won't return here but won't discourage others from staying here either. …

We travel to Brooklyn several times a year to visit family and decided to try this Hampton from the good review. It is good for a Hampton. The lobby is great and the staff are very nice. The rooms are clean and with standard amenities Breakfast buffet was ok at best. The make your own waffles were good but all the other items were not. They have plenty of pretty good coffee available at all times of day. The location of the hotel is great allows you to see sites of Brooklyn and Manhattan with ease.

We booked a block of 30 rooms for our son’s wedding. My son and his wife stayed in the Brooklyn Suite which is bigger and more luxurious than our manhattan apartment! We stayed on the 21st floor in room with an amazing skyline view. In addition we had a catered rehearsal dinner in the beautiful Skyline Terrace (what a breathtaking view) and the afterparty in the renovated lobby bar. Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and protective, especially the sales nano, Johane. The breakfast was delicious, including the coffee. The beds were very comfortable. Please note this is a NYC hotel so rooms are a bit compact. We enjoyed our stay immensely as did our guests!
