Conveniently located on 39th st a few blocks from the subway. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very comfortable bed and room very quiet once inside. Breakfast included in the price. It was clean but didn't feel clean as it's an older building. Staff professional but unfriendly. Breakfast room attendant needs to learn how to interact with guests. Although mine was a pre paid rate through Wyndham, a room safe charge was applied by the hotel which I had to ask to be removed. Overall a good place to stay in Brooklyn but watch out for the sneaky extra charges.

Overall my experience was satisfying. I was not familiar with the neighborhood which concerned me. It is only 3 blocks from the 36th St station which is a major station. This means there is typically a lot of people around. I never felt scared walking to and from station late at night. A few times I noticed some “questionable” people entering the hotel whom I suspect maybe have been there just for the “evening”. However no one bothered me and hotel was quiet. Staff were polite, friendly and professional.

A real bargain with a few (not many) free parking spaces to boot! Staff is exceptionally good. Next door is a $300/night hotel. Cheap restaurants and subway nearby. I recommend this if you want to be in Brooklyn and just need a good place to sleep.

As far as the parking lot goes limited parking spaces are common anywhere in the New York City boroughs since the streets are narrow so we have little to no control over it. good place to go in brooklyn, It was clean and the people that work in day inn was good to me. The walk from the train station was two block from the hotel. That was good for me because it was easy for to make my meeting.

My stay was awful. There were live roaches in my room. If that was not enough for me to want to leave, the bathroom was disgusting and dirty. To make matters worse, after they verbally told me they would refund me for the 2 nights, they only refunded me for 1 night claiming its policy not allow refunds after 1pm that same day. I guess its also policy to have disgusting rooms and roaches with terrible customer service. AVOID!!!!
