The hotel is clean, high standing (a bit expensive). The room is clean, although a bit small. It is highly recommended to get a room in the highest level you can, since the 13th avenue can be very noisy at night. The breakfast was very good (and strictly kosher for jewish people). The only one serious issue is to find... More

I stayed at the AP Hotel because it was close to the subway to take me into Manhattan. The rates were much lower than staying in Manhattan. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hotel was very nice. We were greeted by a friendly staff that treated us like family the entire stay. The breakfast in the mornings was very... More

The location was good for the group because it was in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to a few subway stations. It is a Jewish neighborhood but they treated the non-Jewish guests great. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were very large with one desk as well as a set of table and chairs. Plenty of outlets.

The hotel is in the center of Boro Park on the 13th ave,so it's a great location ,where all the stores and the shopping is. It's clean , the breakfast is not so good, the rooms are a bit small and the Beds are not so comfortable , the pillows too.

We stayed at this hotel for Shemini Atzeres and Succos. It is a very nice hotel in the heart of Boro Park. The only glaring thing missing from this hotel is a restaurant. I have never been to a hotel in my life where there is no restaurant. It makes no sense. A hotel must have a restaurant. This is... More

I have stayed at the Avenue Plaza nearly 50 times during the last 12 years. The manager and his staff are amazing a very easy to work with. They are friendly and fast to respond to any request. A great experience every time! I won't stay anywhere else!

I booked a $200+ room for two nights and especially enjoyed the breakfast the first day. The staff were helpful and the hotel was better than I expected. If you need a place to stay in Brooklyn that's kosher, this is the place to be.

clean but small room, well-appointed, very quiet considering how busy 13 th Ave is; great breakafast, available secure parking, friendly front desk; the manager ("Dave") however is utterly uninterested & unavailable to guests

Nice clean room, amazing choice of salads, eggs and much more that is included in a free breakfast. Located in the heart of Boro Park and popular 13th Ave. Will defiantly recommend this Hotel to others.
