Had a 10hr layover in JFK Airport so needed a place to lay my head. Just 10mins away from the airport. Hotel offers airport shuttle, once an hour only, on the half an hour. Breakfast served between 5 and 9 - pastries, omelette, oat, fruits, teas and juices. Does what it says on the can.
Due to the hotel being a family shelter, I felt I should've had an option. I asked for an upper lever room and I was put in the basement. The room/bathroom was small, there wasn't any space to walk around. No hot water and I was told I couldn't have visitors after 8pm.
The staff were not very friendly, and my room had dirty bed clothes, stained carpet around the bed, and the wall was patched and dirty. Noisy corridor, which sounded like one of the hotel staff had brought their young kids in to work.
I stayed 2 night in this hotel !its really clean hotel.Great value of price .Mr Anil receptionist very helpful.i should check out by 11:00AM but I check out at 12:30 pm and they don’t charge me!highly recommended 👍
I’m sending this picture and more to follow of my check in to one of your hotels. After calling to make a reservation in New York where everything was booking because of the storm I was given only have of my reservation number and told the wrong hotel. I called a super 8 number and was booked at an days inn. This wouldn’t have been an issue but I never received the email that said the address and the correct email. 76.34 later I was at the wrong location with no email, and the wrong reservation number. Called back the number I called to make the reservation and it was the number of the location I was at (weird) but couldn’t find anything with my reservation number or name. Luckily the only good part was the man at the desk was very helpful. He was calling other super 8 locations while I was calling the 800 number. The lady in the 800 number couldn’t find anything, but it was probably because she wasn’t listening. I have been traveling for 48 hours and been getting bumped off over sold flight after over sold flight and I was just looking for a place to stay. I paid more than I’ve ever paid for a super 8 or days inn just so I could get a hot shower. When I finally showed up to the right place after about an hour of calling people the guy was pretty rude checking me in, and I’m so tired I don’t really care, I just wish the last room that cost me over 100 bucks wasn’t the worst room in the place. I’m just upset that I love 2 hours of sleep just to find the place and still have yet to get the emails... this is after the second time I had to call and figure out the true location of my booking. This is my first complaint ever about a hotel chain, and I travel A LOT. …
