1) They charged me the wrong amount and never answered my emails. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RECEIPT, they won’t give it to you otherwise - because they are probably charging you more. 2) Stairs to get to the hotel and elevator for disabled people was not working. Which makes it also difficult to transport luggage. 3) even though smoking if forbidden, my room was smelling cigarets. But the good thing was that the staff changed my room after I complained.
This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. it is disgusting! stained sheets, smelly room, noisy and broken lamps an exposed electrical wires in the bathroom! Please stay away from this place even if they give it to you for free! And for the love of God this place is creepy and really not safe. When i called the front desk and told them that sheets are not clean, they responded: " they are clean, they are just stained". WTF????
They walk in your room without you authority while you are naked and they are rude when you tell them that you were naked when room service walked in. Two Indian guys at the front desk. I made sure to get a full refund after the said they would only issue me a partial refund. Hate that fuking place. @quietboymusik The video will be on youtube on my channel
I got in town early bini was very helpful Shes amazingly sweet the beds are very comfortable with me being a bigger person they help not to hard not to soft there’s a few delis a block an 2 away it’s also very clean
We only had one night and I thank God for that! Really poor hotel in a lot of ways. Poor area, the rooms need to be upgraded, bad cleaning, cold room when you check in and then the A/C is so old and bad (noises) that you rather turn it off before sleep. And the rate is expensive too! The only positive thing we will say is the staff in the front desk.
