Thank Jim very much for advising us on aurora watching! We also love the so big room and fitness center. The only awful thing is the breakfast. The fruit tasted a kind of bitter and sour, definitely went bad... This was our first time to eat the spoiled complimentary breakfast offered by hotel. During the rest of that day, I...

We were up for a conference and stayed for a few nights. The staff was friendly, but the hallway smelled of not-so-fresh seafood. I know it's Alaska, but room service should not have left the cart out overnight and past breakfast. The "breakfast was alright, but with a restaurant in-house, it could have been better stocked. Overall, it was a...

While the hotel itself is clean and the rooms comfortable the poorly run restaurant drops them to 2 stars. The room rate includes a continental breakfast - sweet until you realize that they are NOT prepared for the number of guests who will participate. There is no excuse for this as they know how many reservations they have in the...

My friend and I stayed in two hotels for our Fairbanks trip. This is the second hotel and when I opened the door, I was surprised by the large space! We stayed in a 2 queen bed room, and everything just worked perfect. Bathroom is delicate. Plenty of free parking spots. Convenient location. What is the best, the breakfast is...

The positive: Fairbanks is a city where the weather is adverse almost all the year. For me is important to be in a place where I have good facilities where I can relax from the outside severe weather. In this way Westmark Hotel is a very good option also in the cost - benefit relation. Big rooms and beds, nice...

The front desk staff wasn't too friendly. The rooms don't include microwave... Or fridge. There is a seriously lack of parking if they are hosting a conference. The continental breakfast is not too bad... The comforter in the room smelled bad. We won't return to this hotel next time.

I booked this hotel on a great deal. When I read the reviews, I thought of canceling the booking, but didn't want any more hassle. Well, I'm glad I didn't cancel. Checked in really late, the front desk people are not really that friendly, but they are not rude. They checked me in quickly. I was hoping not to be...

The room where wonderful and clean however a bit small. The restaurant was yummy but a little bit overpriced. It would have been nice if there was a pool. The Breakfast needs more items to eat. Make sure you get a north tower room the South tower rooms are tiny.

Spacious and clean. Location is a little sketchy looking, kind of deserted, but since we were on a princess Cruisetour we really only slept there. To much to do to sit in a hotel. On request they will give a wakeup call when the northern lights are out.

Not a bad property but is not very convenient to many things. Rooms were fine but a little dated. Breakfast buffet was pretty good but expensive (not unexpected for Alaska). Cruise lines use this hotel and others in the area to house guests for their trips. Staff was more than helpful with our stay. We did not have a choice...
