Stayed here 2 nights in October when they had their PFD days. It was 79$ a night. Kind of disappointed. The room was SO small it was uncomfortable. There is literally no room between the beds and the TV. Bathroom was ok. Plugins for electronics...More
Great place to stay for our one night in Fairbanks! Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and a great location. Room was nice with fresh linens and towels, beds were very comfortable. Very nice bar and restaurant!
This hotel was... fine. The staff were fine, the room was fine, the location was fine. Basically, everything was functional, but nothing was outstanding.

Had a nice view of the sunset because I had a South-west facing, high level room. Nothing particularly remarkable about the room but it was nicely furnished and clean. Huge party next door but good sound insulation kept it from bothering me all that much....More

I suggest visiting Chena Hot Springs...there is a tour van that will pick you up and bring you back to your hotel. You can see moose and maybe a bear along the way. Bring your swim suit. The food at the hot springs is quite good. Another good tour is the Riverboat Discovery...you can take a cab or there is likely a bus that swings by the hotel to pick up guests for the boat trip on the Chena River. Pioneer Park (aka Alaska-Land) is free and quite interesting -- there is a riverboat, a Native village, shops, cafes, places for a picnic. The University of Alaska Museum is a first class attraction too.

We stayed in the North Tower, which is where our cruise line (Holland America) booked us. Not sure how it relates to the other tower but overall very disappointed with this hotel and not up to other standards booked by Holland America. Breakfast EXPENSIVE, with few choices and poor quality. We arrived late in the day and one couple in our party was checked in to a room that had not been cleaned with vomit in the toilet. Management totally non-responsive to our complaints.
