This hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to parks , restaurants , convenient stores, and bars. Customer service was awesome, our first time in Fairbanks and we felt at home. There was no questions asked that we didn't have a courteous and proper answer by the reception staff. The rooms were great , clean , comfortable. They offer...

This hotel is very dated, and badly needs renovating. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat, no reading lights. There was a hole-in-the-window airconditioner, and the window overlooked Big Daddy's hamburger bar, so cooking smells abounded! The wifi was less than ultimum, and to top it off, when we were there the basement breakfast room was flooded, so they weren't able...

A very nice hotel and a little more modern than we'd been used to on our road trip from Vancouver. The lobby was very welcoming, the owners seemed very hospitable, but unfortunately, the dining/breakfast room had been flooded due to recent heavy rains (first week of August) and wasn't available for use. The room we had was spacious and comfortable....

This hotel is right in downtown Fairbanks. Nice, clean rooms, good internet, good laundry and good buffet breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. What more could you want? We stayed here as a hopping off place to the Arctic. Everything we needed this hotel had. The location made it easy to see a little bit of Fairbanks, take care of mail and...

Good location, restaurants around, walking distance to shop stores, quite and friendly people. We were able to rest so pleasant on a good condition mattresses and keep our left over food at the mini freezer.

We stayed 2 nights here. Lots of attractions and restaurants in easy walking distance. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Free shuttle goes to a variety of places. Check early for tines. Rooms were smallish but adequate and clean, and the bed was comfortable. No fan in the bathroom so the room felt a...

The Bridgewater Hotel is a quaint hotel in the heart of downtown Fairbanks. The location is great; it is close to several restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and a riverfront trail. That said, my husband and I stayed here for a night this summer and had some mixed feelings. The first person that greeted us when we checked in was fantastic....

I do hope that you will chose to stay with us again, to give us the opportunity to show you our customer service is exceptional and what you experienced was not the norm. I do apologize for that. I needed a refrigerator and they delivered to my room right away. There are many attractions and restaurants around the hotel, which I felt very comfortable. It has small parking lots so you may have to park car early. Room was clean but small.

It was nice to read your comments! The Bridgewater is a small, quaint hotel and although the amenity may not be in the room, like the refrigerator, if a guest asks for something they need, the staff will more than likely, be able to bring the item to the guest’s room. Thank you for staying at the Bridgewater! Michell Daku,...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on a room only basis during our escorted tour of Alaska with Titan Travel. The hotel, on the banks of the Chena River, is conveniently located to explore Downtown Fairbanks and is within easy reach of a number of shops, including a Fred Meyer (chain of large grocery/department stores) and attractions....

During bussiness trip, got booked in this hotel for its availability. Not bad. It has look like vintage european. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and spots. The view from my window was pretty nice. I enjoyed my stay.
