My daughter is a student at the local university & I stay her 4 or 5 times during the school year. The hotel is situated on the main street of historic Fredericksburg. The only downside to the location is parking. The hotel offers valet parking for $12 a day I believe - I'm one of the visitors that park at...

This hotel is located downtown with many shops right outside of its doors. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food from the Bistro was very good as well! I even enjoyed meatballs from the evening reception! I can't forget the beds were amazing!

This hotel is located in the historic district. Easy walk to local restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the bistro has a good breakfast variety. The bar in the evening is convenient for a night cap. The beds are comfortable and ample. I would recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this Courtyard 6-7 times over the past 4-5 months and while the first stay was rocky all of the subsequent stays have been well above average. I believe the night manager/staff are part of what makes the difference at this hotel. While I have stayed at 3 of the 4 Marriott properites in town (including the...

Great hotel. My wife and stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and our room was quiet and very comfortable. Three friends stayed here overnight for a birthday celebration. Although the outside is not particularly attractive, The inside makes up for it. The double-queen rooms were quite large and well-decorated. Coffee and newspapers are available in the lobby with plenty of tables for groups. There is a tour bus right across the street to show you the town. The staff...
