Our rooms were inexpensive because they were booked for a wedding of a friend. The first impression is that it's fine, and they were friendly and offered coffee in the lobby and cocoa and cookies there in the afternoon, but it's in serious need of deep cleaning and updating! Our room faced the interior which looks cute in photos but...

Holiday Inn Brookline MA is an older but attractive hotel with very nice garden-like center court with indoor pool, hot tub, clustered tables and gathering places and a giant size chess board. Service and food in restaurant were good and prices were reasonable.

We were a large group, have 6 rooms booked for a hockey tournament. It is a perfect location to get to Boston University, and it is great for walking most anywhere you want, and the T is right outside. It has a great breakfast - either buffet or menu, lots of coffee, and even coffee cup to go if you'd...

Had to make a last minute trip to Boston on a family matter and found this great place just over the Boston-Fenway line in Brookline. Great location with a T stop right out front. Waking distance to shops and restaurants. Whole experience has been great from reservation through check in and check out. We arrived the day before St Patrick's...

When we got there, we were told that parking was not allowed on the street overnight and we would get ticketed, so we were forced to use their $38/night parking. Sounds weird, because when we left, there were no signs on the street that stated that. That part seemed sketchy. Otherwise, the staff was great, room was large, beds were...

Booked 'accessible' room #195 for three nights for appointment at New England Baptist. HI has a medical rate arrangement with hospitals in the area. ask for it. Great cookies and hot cocoa at 4pm. I have stayed at this hotel several times for work. The rooms are nice but average. The location is the selling point. You are minutes from Boston University and Fenway Park and just a few more minutes to downtown Boston, other colleges, and the tourist sights. It's a nice place with a good staff. The price is right. Nothing bad...

We came for a few days of "medical moments" and the hotel is ideally located for visiting most of the major hospitals (not Mass General). Staff was welcoming, loading/unloading easy, parking ($34 per day) was secure if a bit troublesome (card reader inoperative). Overall, despite a miniscule 'fridge, our stay worked for us. We'd return again, if needing to be...

Booked this hotel for a visit to BU over the weekend. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses over the years and never have seen one like this. Bathroom had hair in the shower. Bathroom layout was ridiculous <right out of the 1940's>. Place could use a face lift - dark and dreary is my only characterization. Parking fee...

Hotel was conveniently located to where we had our meeting. The hotel and room was quite clean and presented well. We parked in the garage under the hotel, which carries a charge of about $34 for 24hrs. Otherwise metered parking on the street is available but not practical.
