I was there for a business event. The staff was great, stayed right on top of things for us. Had a meal in between sessions and everything was prepared and served on time. Our meeting room was clean and ready for us each day. Our sleeping room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a restaurant...

First, let me say that the staff were very nice and very accommodating- at the front desk, at the restaurant, housekeeping, the shuttle driver. The rooms were ok. They were clean and it looked like there were some recent fixes to the bathroom. Some things were a little dated. The rooms were extremely affordable so, I wouldn't discourage anyone from...

Our group was in Vancouver for a convention that was held at both the Red Lion and the HIlton hotel up Coumbia street. The first night we were there we discovered the A/C unit in the room was not blowing much air. Seemed to have a very dirty filter and the coils had collected moisture and frozen solid because of...

The hotel is certainly 'vintage', but the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Our room was clean & had a great view of the Columbia River. Looks as though they cleaned the hall carpets since we were her last year - they're the fabulous old wool tapestry type that you rarely see any more, so it's great that they're still...

Checked in our room. Air conditioning was broke. They replaced it with another broken down unit. Apparently the hotel was sold out. They didn't have another AC unit. After 3 hours of this, we were told they can do nothing else but give us 25% off of our stay. The room was literally unbearable. We were treated as if it...

Dear Guest, I am so sorry you were so uncomfortable! I can imagine how horrible a warm stuffy room feels! I am also very sorry we were unable to fix the problem in a timely manner. I am bringing this issue to our staff meeting, and am very confident we will correct this immediately! I appreciate the feedback, it helps...

The staff great you and are always willing to do whatever they can to help you. The rooms are huge and very clean. The location is great, very close to the freeway so it is easy to get where you want to go. We had 2 rooms and they made sure that we were close and because we had kids...

The staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous. I had room service each night, and it was delicious every night. The accommodations for our conference were comfortable, clean with ample space. It was really a delightful stay!

Disappointing stay. Maintenance is abhorrent. The property is not cared for. As someone else mentioned, the lobby was nice enough; however, once you made your way to the room, you could notice the dirty carpets & accompanying smell throughout. Even though we had a non-smoking room, it smelt of old smoke combined with dirty carpet. Had to keep the AC...

I stayed here for a conference. I would never have chosen to stay here if the hotel had not hosted the conference. Just looking at it from the outside was a huge turnoff. When I arrived I was surprised at how old and run down it looked from the outside. It looked like a old Motel you would see in...
