After reading some previous reviews I was a little skeptical about the pet friendly hotel. I also have pets however, I don’t want to smell animals in a hotel. This place was CLEAN!! I never heard or smelled a dog. The dogs I encountered were friendly and well behaved. Our room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was wonderful!! They interacted with us, helpful and always courteous💕. Aderina, Dijon, Rodney and Elrico were all great! We only stayed 2 days so we didn’t get housecleaning but, never an issues to get clean towels and wash cloths. The hotel is in a great location. If eating at the Pirates House is on your list of places to eat, it’s right around the corner. The trolley pickups are also right around the corner. If you want to walk to the shops on the river, also conveniently locate across the way. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend them.

This hotel was FABULOUS! Perfect location for walking to destinations. The staff was INCREDIBLE and so friendly! House keeping was on top of their game. Clean and sanitary. Took the proper Covid precautions. The lobby was beautiful and had the perfect vibe. 10/10 recommend for any kind of stay in Savannah. Be sure to make friends with DiJon at the front desk he’s a ray of sunshine!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Kimpton Brice and would have switched hotels if our trip was longer. It had an overwhelming smell of what I can only compare it to as powdered carpet cleaner. Way too much as if to cover up bad smells. The window had black spots which looked like mold. The shower ceiling had spots as well and this gross looking yellow stuff in the corner. The couch was stained and the carpet had stains. There was dust on the surfaces in the room and dirty carpets throughout the hotel. The shower drained slow so you just stand in a puddle. We couldn’t wait to check out.

This was a great experience! Perfect location. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Room was clean. Overall, the hotel could use some ‘freshening up’ as it’s an old building. We really enjoyed the bikes, great coffee, and pop during happy hour. Besides sprucing up, wish the pool was heated. The secret garden is a Gem. Outstanding customer service. ElRico, Nautica, Rodney and DeShawn were awesome. Becky is a peach concierge! Well done Kimpton, we’ll be back!

This hotel needs all the help.. it was not a true boutique experience. Many dogs makes it loud, and much fur covered carpet in the stairways. It is on a busy street with many semis and dump trucks, which isn’t their fault for the location but something to keep in mind when wanting a quiet stay. We upgraded to a suite but still had no balcony which was a bummer. One member of our party called the front desk to get more toilet paper and was told it wasn’t a full service hotel and to come get it herself. They ended up giving her a food credit for the trouble. No water available if the restaurant was closed, no vending machine, no food or snack option for when restaurant was as closed. They seemed to conveniently “close the pool area during to impending storm” on a Sunday morning during all the housekeeping turnovers. There was no storm on any weather channel coming and one never did. This was a bummer as we wanted to lay by the pool before checking out. Pool needed much attention as well, always a shortage of towels, looks of debris floating in the pool, no Umbrellas if you want any shade. Many of our groups rooms were musty smelling.. it seems every room needs a dehumidifier. very sparse staff as well with long check in and check out lines. Overall I would not stay here again.
