Was very apprehensive about this B and B after reading the reviews( after we booked of course) but it did not smell of dogs at all. Spacious. Breakfast was left in the kitchen area and not served in a dining room. Unfortunately on both nights we stayed here we had to listen to the owners shouting and screaming and cursing...

I am so sorry you were subjected to an unpleasant family argument when you stayed at our inn. Most families have these "moments" occasionally & I would like to have the opportunity to make it up to you. Perhaps a free night on a future visit?

I stayed in the garden suite on the back side of the house near the alley with a fountain outside my window. Fresh fruit, pastries, and coffee or tea were provided. Everything was very close especially the parks and squares.

These people are fantastic and charming. The house is gorgeous and so clean! It's Savannah at its finest! Savannah, Georgia is a great get away trip. There's nothing better than staying in a historical neighborhood. By the way, I owe them big thank you for the umbrella they gave us to use while it was raining.

From the moment we got there and got the keys to the Garden room (awesome!) on a Saturday night, from Joan herself (with a funny greeting from her dog!) to the moment we left, sadly, on Monday at 10am, we enjoyed the place immensely! We had easy access to the place, in and out the back garden area, and instant...

We didn get any of all the welcoming feeling we read about the place. The owner handed over a key and told us to use the back door. There was a confusion on which room we where supposed to take and we ended up taking the wrong one. It would have been easy just to walk us to our room but...

I recently stayed at Joan's on Jones B&B. First there is no online booking you must MAIL a check for half the cost, and then pay by check when you get there...ok I can deal with that except I never even saw anyone that worked there when I stayed for two nights (May 1st and 2nd, 2015). The B&B is...

Joan was accommodating and gave the brilliant tip about where to eat the Crystal beer garden. The fresh fruit and croissants were a nice change. Very clean, central to everything. Loved Beuley such a great dog. Can't forget Ann and her attention to detail was great. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fabulous, and the decor was quaint. Joan and her staff were friendly, and the provided breakfast was delicious. We loved being able to bring our two dogs with us, and we're likely to use this B&B again on future visits. We had the Garden Suite, and the little garden made for a great evening wine spot. They...

My husband, five year old daughter and our two dogs had a wonderful visit at Joans. The accommodations were just perfect. We were greeted with wine, fruit and doggie treats. Not to mention the precious mascot, Beuley. Breakfast was provided both mornings and delicious. Although the weather wasn't great, we enjoyed being so close thay we could walk everywhere. We...

For the price and location AND pet friendly this place is somewhat hard to beat. As one reviewer commented it smells. Yes, it smells like pet odors masked by the plug ins throughout the suite. Except there are no plug ins in the bedroom, so don't shut that door when you go out - otherwise...pet odor in your face. The...
