Room was comfortable and clean. Learned that if you put the "Do Not Disturb" on door, (just while I was in shower) will cause you not to get room cleaned/bed made/fresh towels. However, front desk sent someone up with towels right away when requested and they explained why it hadn't been done. Next day we knew better and all was...

Good stay and no real complaints except for waaaay over priced in house bar. Example: Shot of Jameson $8 really? In all, this location is in close proximity to food places, museums. If you are uncomfortable with valet parking, you won't like it here because valet is you only option at $29 per day. Most locations in Savannah are valet...

The heartlessness of the ownership of this hotel is beyond amazing. As an Elite aspire member of Holiday Inns rewards program, my husband and I booked a room at this hotel, however due to a death in our family, we were unable to keep the reservation. The hotel management refused to allow us to cancel well in advance of the...

This is a very convenient location to the Historic District and the riverfront. The bed was comfortable and the room was sized nicely. The lobby is nicely decorated and the restaurant attractive. Desk staff were nice as were the valets. Parking was horribly expensive with no other alternatives. The temperature of the room was difficult to adjust. The room was...

Very nice, clean suite. Amenities in room, coffe/tea etcetera, sparse. Helpful, and friendly staff. Parking on street, which I wouldn't recommend. Use the valet parking. $30, and worth it. Close to everything. Easy walking. Only staying over night. On our way in the morning! Would definitely stay here again.

Hello joman74, I’m thrilled to hear your suite was very nice and clean. One of the few downsides to visiting any downtown location is the amount of limited self-parking. We pride ourselves on providing a valet parking experience that is polished, efficient and safe and I’m glad we hit the mark. We hope to welcome you back soon. Safe travels....

The top-notch customer service begins as you drive up to the valet. We arrived on March 16, on the eve of the city-wide St Patty Day festivities, i.e, the hotel was fully-booked. Yet there was no wait for the parking staff to not only take the car, but also to help unload. Special shout-out to Deandre for his super-friendly welcome,...

We have family in Savannah but prefer to stay in a hotel. We have stayed in many places there and I must say that this one was absolutely awful. First, the hotel lobby is beautiful and they advertise a pool and a bar so I booked it online. The valet staff was great as were the housekeeping folks. That's where...

Hotel was very nice and clean. Great location in walking distance to historic district. Plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity. Only drawback is that you must valet park. No options. Other than that, great hotel.

I had tried to book a night at the Holiday Inn Express several blocks over. Apparently they were sold out.
