We had come from England to sample the singular delights of Savannah. The 'Carriage House' was an ideal base for our exploration of the treasures of the town. If you don't like a first class breakfast, well appointed accommodation and a chance to experience life in Savannah then this isn't the place for you. If you want all these things...

My friend and I decided to visit Savannah, GA on the Easter weekend this year. She stayed at the Armstrong Inn in 2015 and raved about the place, the service, the food, etc. She even left them a 5-star review. Well, all I can say is, that was then and this is now. We arrived at the “INN” to discover...

Two years ago, I stayed at the Armstrong Inns and gave them a 5 star review, right here on Trip Advisor. I was very excited to stay with Armstrong again when I visited Savannah this past weekend. But, my expectations were crushed during this visit. 1. FOOD: First of all, the food has gone way downhill. Two years ago, Armstrong...

My husband and I just spent three glorious days in Savannah. We were lucky to book our stay with Armstrong Inns Bed and Breakfast. Our host, Monique was so welcoming and an amazing cook. We looked forward to breakfasts each morning, served in their beautiful carriage house by either Monique or Lindsay. Truly great service that was customized to meet...

We stayed at the Tattnall house located in the historic district. We were totally in awe of the home and how it was decorated! Monique and Lindsay were incredibly helpful and truthfully gave Kevin and I the southern hospitality that everyone talks about. The brunch that was served everyday was amazing! As well as the deserts that brought to the...

Our stay in the Chatham Suite on Chatham Square in March 2017 was outstanding. Wonderful accommodations, beautiful views of the square out our window, best food in town cooked by the Innkeeper, Monique, our own parking spot, fireplaces both upstairs and downstairs, a full kitchen, a perfect location, two very kind housekeepers, what more could one ask for? Everyone was...

I can't begin to express what a wonderful experience I had staying at the Tatnall House. I only wish it had been available both days I was in Savannah! The 2 bedroom house was absolutely beautiful and charming - the beds are so comfortable I barely remember my head hitting the pillow. In the morning an amazing hot breakfast was...

Monique and Lindsey were delightful and took very good care of my husband and I. The Carriage House is cozy, private and in a great location for visiting Savannah. We were glad of the two working fireplaces and the feather bed as we were there during a cold spell. Lindsey brought our delicious breakfast every morning and kept the kitchen...

My husband and I went on a Babymoon/Anniversary trip & stayed at The Carriage House. It was an amazing getaway. They had a wonderful breakfast included! Monique & her staff are very friendly and make your stay personal and special. She even made me a special breakfast because I was pregnant. We will definitely return!

From the moment we drove up and saw the Carriage House we knew we picked the right place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Meeting Monique was an absolute delight! After all the outstanding reviews, I felt as though we were coming to meet a celebrity. A beautiful, elegant woman with a great sense of humor. Monique was instantly welcoming ....
