This hotel was perfect for our short stay in this history filled town. Two blocks to the shops and restaurants on river st. made it so easy to get around. It rained every day but we were able to stay dry. The Valet parking attendees were worth every penny. Parking was free on weekends in January but we still loved...

The internet service was poor and the food was very mediocre. The hotel is very conveniently located, however, and the facilities are nice enough. Notably, we were sharing the hotel with a college fraternity gathering and the staff kept surprisingly good order.

I stayed at this property for one night, and it was a pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn. It's located in the Historic District, which is a lovely area and you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel had a lovely lobby, with big windows and lots of natural light. I got to hang out and enjoy the...

Great service , friendly staff. The room was more than we imagined. It was very clean and the large garden tub was an awesome bonus to our night. The final touches right down to Nutrogena soaps and lotions were just more reasons to choose to go back. I usually dislike the bedding's and pillows in most places but everything was...

No surprises; comfortable bed; convenient electrical outlets; plenty of hot water for shower. Unfortunately, battery charge on cordless phone gave out & had to change phones and redial call.AS was on backside of hotel, trash removal trucks were hyper-active at 5:00 AM, interrupting my sleep.

The Hilton Garden Inn is right smack dab between the City Market and River Street, less than a block from the market and about two blocks from River Street. They have spacious, clean, modern rooms and very hospitable staff. The on-property enclosed valet parking is a little pricey at $27, but the room was so reasonable and the peace of...

Couldn't ask for more pleasant, helpful staff. LaTasha at check in helped us resolve a snafu of our own making (there is another Hampton property on East Bay St). She went the extra mile by calling the Hampton, cancelling the room my co-worker had reserved there, and getting him a room at this hotel. The valets were friendly, fast and...

The location of this hotel is great. Across the street from The River and City Market. Great location. The service was great. Being able to text them to bring up a bed sheet was amazing. Everything was done under 5 mins. Great.
