Very good hotel. Staff was always friendly. Rooms are pretty clean and spacious. Breakfast was not too bad. Location is pretty close to anything downtown. I think the only to complain about is some of the guest. During breakfast each of the 3 days we spent here, there was someone walking around with bare feet. The worse part was it...

While we cannot control the actions of other guests, I understand your thoughts on the bare feet & certainly agree. We hope you will return to see us again soon!

This was my first experience with Springhill Suites. I was pleased with my stay and the amenties; such as, breakfast bar included, refrigerator in room, and the lay out of the room. It was nice and comfortable for my niece and I. I would recommend this hotel to others. If I return to Savannah, I would stay at this property...

We have stayed here many times on our way down south and then back home again. It's always clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Very close to everything the historic district has to offer. The rooms have a separate bath/shower room and toilet... Which is great when you have little ones with you! Staff is very friendly and helpful....

We live in Savannah and have stayed here for a "staycation". We love the location because you can walk to Broughton Street, the Visitor Center and the Civic Center. There are so many wonderful shops near by and lots of amazing restaurants. The hotel is new and modern. We loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Very spacious....

This was a very nice stay. Perfect location, very nice staff, very comfortable beds, and clean. The Staff were very helpful with all of our questions. For the price our stay was perfect. We will be back for sure and will probably stay here again.

This hotel is in the middle of the historic district, and you can walk to most attractions. Clean big rooms, staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was the parking situation, would like more than just one option that being Valet, other than that I would stay here again.

Miss Tatiana at the reception and miss Judy, the consierge, were both very helpful and serviceminded. A joy to deal with the both of them. Housekeeping were rather disorganised and the breakfast staff were down right incompetent and one was very rude and unpleasant all together. The rooms were small and I would say on the expensive side, but clean....

This was our first time in the beautiful Savannah, so we chose this hotel for its price as well as location. We spent 3 nights here. PROs: friendly and knowledgeable staff, great complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, walking distance to everything. CONs: tight living space, beds need bed skirts as the box springs were old and dingy....so was the couch and...

Hotel was excellent and very centrally located in downtown Historic Savannah, just a few short blocks from River Street, lots of restaurants, and sites. I can definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Extremely friendly staff, valet parking only (average cost, daily, which is added to bill). rooms are very clean, with small kitchen hub (microwave, counter, and small...

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Savannah. It was within walking distance of a lot of places. The room was clean and the pool was open till 11.
