Rocky, Jane, and Sarah made us feel like family they haven't seen in a while! What a wonderful feeling while being on vacation. An awesome house to stay in. The decor is beautiful and the suite we stayed in was gorgeous. We brought our 3 girls (13, 12 & 9)with us and they too felt like family! The food Jane...

Jane and Rockey are the finest hosts on the eastern coast from Canada to Florida. Jane is a lovely woman and an absolutely wonderful cook (move over Paula Dean). Rockey is the most informative and interesting man we've had the pleasure of meeting in years. Together they provide an absolutely elegant inn, wonderful service, and genuine downhome entertainment. Thank you...

My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and I had the idea to take a road trip to Savannah and stay at a cute little bed and breakfast. My husband reluctantly obliged and I began making phone calls to find an affordable and also pet friendly Inn. Everywhere I called recommended the Amethyst Inn. From the moment...

We consistently stay at B&Bs and cannot remember one we enjoyed more. Why was this such a great visit? Start with the food, Jane loves to cook, does it often and very well - marvelous breakfasts and treats in the afternoon. You can't know how good everything it until you stay here, but how about a different delicious home-made candy...

This trip to Savannah was the one thing that I had yet to do - I have traveled all over the continental US and abroad, but never made it to Savannah. To celebrate my birthday, my children planned an action packed trip for myself, my two daughters and my daughter in law. After 6 months of planning, we decided on...

I stayed March 2010 for my 21st birthday with my twin sister, mother, and grandmother. A great girls vacation. Fun, relaxing, quiet, charming. Jane, and Rocky were the most wonderful hosts! They made our stay very enjoyable to say the least! This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and if they were all like this one,...

My two sisters and I stayed a weekend at The Amethyst Inn as a birthday weekend for my sister who was turning 50. Both Jane and Rocky were very hospitable and made this special birthday a great time for the 3 of us. We stayed in the Hydrangea room, a 2 bedroom apartment, where we had lots of room. The...

I had a wonderful time in Savannah and especially the AMETHYST INN. San Francisco has nothing over it. Jane and Rocky treated us like royalty. The FOOD was EQUISIT. I enjoyed a GHOST TOUR while there and was thrilled to have small activity in my room. IT WAS FANTASTIC ! I'm looking forward to going back
