A nice hotel, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with the usual variety of items and very well organized. The best part was the super location. Just 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor and Charles Street, where there is a lot of restaurants. Also just a

Traveled for business. This hotel offered the best night of sleeping comfort I have EVER had at a hotel. From the pillows to the bed and bedding; the comfort level was amazing. Now if the could only get the boring decor to match i would date this place excellent.

Our family (2 adults, 2 children [2 & 5]) stayed here for a night. The staff were so friendly and really set the tone. I often dislike staying at down-town hotels as parking\unloading luggage can be a nightmare. When we arrived I was happy to find it was easy enough to pull up ri

You will have a great check-in and check-out experience...everything in between is questionable. The breakfast is average...room service for cleaning was borderline average...& currently the carpet is filthy on the 5th floor so request another floor.

While I am happy that our hospitality at the desk was appreciated, I do want to apologize that your visit was not as exceptional as our other guests who have commented here on Tripadvisor. We take great pride in providing a clean property and great value for all of our guests, and we are very disappointed that you did not see us at our normal level of excellence. The entire team hopes that you will give us another chance very soon, as we are confident that we can provide you with the exceptional experience that you deserve. Safe Travel Always! -Justin Davis

I stayed here for business in November 2018. All in all it is exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Rooms were very clean. Common areas were impeccable. Valet parking was a great perk.

I had some minor room conditions such as a broken luggage rack. However I

I'm confused about the room layouts and descriptions. Are any rooms suite style with a room separated by a door, or are they all open studio style?
The rooms are all open style, no separate rooms

Is Light Rail station close to hotel?
Absolutely. The Station is University Centre. You can ride the train from BWI. It is a 10 minute walk. You will be right behind the Royal Farms Arena. Can't miss it. If you arrive in the evening, I suggest getting off at the Convention Center and walking up Light Street.

Hi, Does the hotel offer pool area ? If so inside or outdoors ?
Yes it has an indoor pool and I’ve been a few times since I’ve been here. Very nice and quiet and I usually have the pool to myself

How long is the walk to Oriole Park at Camden Yards for a slow walker?
You would walk down Light Street to Pratt. Two very short blocks. Walk down to Washington Boulevard and turn left. Park is right there. I'm a fast walker and it takes me 10 minutes. Google Maps can give you shortest route and an average time. If walking is a problem you could stay at the Hampton Inn Baltimore/Convention Center on Washington Blvd. which is right across street from park and is a nicer hotel.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to/from the Royal Farms Arena?
You really walk five minutes. If that.you cross Light St. and come immediately to Charles St. Then you are facing Hopkins Plaza, a federal building. Cross the plaza and the Royal Farms is right there.
