We chose this B&B because of the reviews in TripAdvisor. Located on a hill overlooking Astoria and the Columbia River, the inn is clean and quiet. We were able to keep our wine in the refrigerator provided for guests in the kitchen. The breakfasts, to my taste were underwhelming as they were vegetarian on both of the mornings we were... More

We really fell in love with Astoria and this was the perfect place to stay. Very convenient to downtown and all sorts of restaurants and shops. Our room ("Sunflare") had the most delightful enclosed porch attached with a view of the river and comfortable chairs for sitting and reading. David and Pam are wonderful hosts and the breakfast they served... More

We booked into rose river as part of a three week holiday in Oregon. The accommodation is in a historic Victorian house which is absolutely fabulous. Palm and Dave were extremely friendly hosts. The outside has a very pretty rose garden and a front porch with seating. Just right for relaxing in the evening. Each room is unique. We had... More

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Rose River Inn Bed and Breakfast. The hosts, Pam and David were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, healthy, and very filling! The B&B is within walking distance of many restaurants and the riverfront. Our suite was clean and well decorated. We had a great view of the... More

We stayed in the Rose Room which had a clear view of the Columbia River since the B&B is set on a hill. B&B is full of interesting/attractive memorabilia. Small size lends to a warm hospitality among guests and owners. Hot breakfast was prepared with care with fresh fruit. Location is ideal: Diagonally across from a historical mansion, available street... More

The house is old and so charming. My husband and I came for one of our honeymoon nights and were so sad we only booked a single night! The room was beautiful and we sat by the window enjoying the breeze. They really put a lot of thought into all the rooms and decor to make them unique. Even aside... More

Pam and David greeted us for our one night stay. Our room was on the third floor and had an extra bedroom that we didn't need and a nice sitting area that we enjoyed reading in. It also had a gas fireplace that we used for the ambiance. The breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the conversation with two... More

This is one of the cleanest and we'll cared for bed & breakfasts we have stayed in. This is our second stay at Rose River. The rooms are spacious and well accomodated. The innkeepers even think of the little things, like cotton balls and q-tips in the bathroom, and fresh filtered water and glasses in the room. We will come... More

The proprietor is delightful and an excellent cook. The rooms look exactly like they do in the photos. We opted for the room with the sitting deck outside, and it was a real treat to sit there, read a book, and enjoy the fresh air and the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful roses creating a peaceful atmosphere even... More

We stayed in the Sunflare room and could have enjoyed our entire visit watching the shore and overlooking the town from our room. Breakfast was delicious and more food than we could eat. The innkeepers provided great recommendations on sights to see and things to do.
