Our room had a dehumidifier and water on on the carpet. I checked the bucket and it was not full so not sure why carpet was wet unless leak somehow. The AC did not work properly as the room never really did cool down. The facilities itself were run down. If anyone from Days Inn headquarters reads this, they better inspect the property and see why they can keep the Days Inn name unless you do not care about standards. I did inform the desk of the issue. Also check as they may offer parking but you need to pay for parking if you are leaving car at hotel and using the airport shuttle. They say airport shuttle but then you find out there is a fee to keep your car there.
I would like to say that the lady behind the counter was absolutely nice and friendly and she is not the issue in the least. The issues were with the property itself. I had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours (with other people) because the computers were down and we could not check in. This was the least of my issues. When I finally got to a hotel room it was filthy by the door inside the room. It was 1 in the morning and I did not have the energy to request another room. The bed itself was clean. I slept. When I went to leave the following morning the door handle came off in my hand.
I will be honest that if you only need a place to sleep to wait on your flight (or are returning late from your flight) then this will be okay to sleep in. However, if you are looking for anything past that I am not sure you will be very happy. The saving grace to this place was the lady working the nightshift who was so kind and wonderful to me. I wish I could recall her name because I would name her with praise for her customer service.
I recently stayed here while on business and was not expecting anything fancy. The place was in need of some basic maintenance and cleaning. The only reason for three stars is that the staff was friendly.
From check in it went downhill. The person checking us in stayed on her cell phone the entire time during checkin. Others that checked in earlier said she did the same for them. After the first night, clean towels were put in the room. Nothing else was done. Nothing.
The carpet was filthy. Mold in bathroom. Room had a smell to it. Only bright side is the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was ok. Very limited selection but reasonable for a budget hotel.
This was paid for by my employer, so I do not know cost. We will not be staying here again.
Room had mold and rust everywhere. Carpet was coming loose from tile near bathroom. Room had a bad odor. Air barely worked. Lady at check in never got off the phone to actually interact with us. I wont be back
