Have stayed here at least 8 times through the past 4 years. I used to pay about $50 which was great considering area & all the other hotels are at least $100 w/ no tax incl. (Crazy) But now, Nov. 2016 it's almost $90. For that price, I'd stay at the Quality Inn for the same price (use trivago &...

With decor from the 70's (?) it's very old school . We had a clean single king rm with Wi-Fi non-flat screen TV with good cable selection , mini frig , AC , hot shower and breakfast was tea and coffee with croissant , donuts and pastry from local supermarket . At $75 per night we thought it was fair...

The good: fairly clean, pleasant staff, GREAT location (right across the street from Roosevelt mansion, drive-in on one side, Hyde Park Brewery on the other). The bad: room smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled BAD...like years of sweat. Also, the pool was closed. The ugly: ants in the bathroom and my son found some strange insects (not bed buds)...

We picked this hotel because of the reviews of the Quality Inn - that the walls are thin. We hoped for clean and quiet, and did not care if it was old. It was all of that. The WIFI was OK. The only ice is behind the front desk. The free breakfast comes in plastic containers. All of that was...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room has a phone and tv. The tv is the not a flat screen but a 27" older model. Bathroom was very clean. The room rate was $60.00 per night. The owner who check us in was very nice and accommodating. The room was...

Clean room with 3 double beds, my wife and I only needed one. I was disappointed that their cable selection did not cover MLB playoffs. This was a basic room, with a reasonable rate. On the phone the clerk (I believe owner) was impatient. In person she was nicer. Coffee and muffins and donuts in the morning.

We have stayed here many times, cost main reason. Rooms are very out dated, old furniture. Some new paint, new furniture, updating would be a great update. I think we have been going for over 10 years...nothing has been updated. Always clean. Nice owners...Need to get in touch with improving site.

We have stayed several times at this convenient and reasonably priced motel, and we have always found it clean and well maintained. The rooms are not glamorous, but the water pressure is good, the air conditioning works well and quietly, and the WiFi and selection of TV channels are always strong. Considering the great location, you can't beat the value...

This is like walking back in time. You get an actual key upon check in. The rooms are original vintage and clean clean clean. The owners are very nice. The price can't be beat. If your staying overnight or two this place is perfect. Convenient location. I would stay again!

Nice-sized rooms. Our king-size bed was firm enough. It was clean and everything worked. The only thing that bothered me a little was the musty smell. We had a quiet room in the back and the owner accommodated us with our desire to have an adjoining room with family members. Shower was awesome with strong pressure and plenty of hot...

“Ask for a room in the front facing the road. They are much nicer than the back rooms.”

“Advise the owners as for the reason of your stay......we let them know that we were there to visit The CIA prior to my son's admission, so they placed us in a quiet room. There had been several folks there for The Dutchess County Fair that they knew would be coming in late. They placed us away from these folks so that we could get some rest.”
