We had a wonderful experience at the Inn. The room and bathroom was much larger than expected, clean and absolutely beautiful. So many cute little details like Civil War books in the room and a guest book to sign. The staff was great; we were met outside to be shown where to park and even had fresh-baked blueberry muffins in... More

The accommodation, price, staff and owner was without a doubt one finest we have ever experienced. Suite gave off atmosphere of actually being in the nineteenth century, but with all of the modern amenities. It's location in the heart of Gettysburg made walking around town a pleasure. What hotel can claim to have a life size statue of Lincoln greet... More

My husband and I were going to Lancaster, decided to come out early with no place to stay. We were able to book one night at the Inn and the second night elsewhere. We went on to Lancaster for the rest of our vacation. We are coming out next year and will be staying at the Inn at Lincoln Square.... More

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely view of Lincoln Square from the window of our room at the top of the Inn. There was a bowl of fruit and muffins in our room which was a lovely touch.

Stayed in the Irene Banner suite. It was really a full service apartment. The decor was geared to the 1800's with the largest 4 poster bed ever. Neatly hidden between living room and bedroom was a full service kitchen. It had a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and even a dishwasher. If the suite was not on... Wow - this is one of the best reviews we've ever had! Thank you so much! Indeed, Lincoln would have enjoyed staying at our inn. I often wonder whether he stopped in for a brief visit on his way to deliver the Gettysburg Address that morning! Please come back again for another visit and thanks again! More

We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, friendly and very welcoming. The building and room had the original historical feel that just sent you back to the 1800s. We would recommend this place to our friends and family and would love to stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprise how clean and comfortable our room was. I was concerned about being right on the square but it was not an issue. I heard no noise coming from the people on the street. Only heard emergency vehicles and some louder vehicle but that was not a problem. There does seem to be quite a bit of... More

We immediately felt at home in this historic inn! Jeannine the innkeeper was very gracious in welcoming us, and providing tips on the local sites! Located just minutes away from the battlefield and with numerous shops, pubs and restaurants a short stroll away, it is an ideal location for those wanting a break from the commercial feel of a traditional... The Inn was clean and unique. We loved being right on the main circle of town and how close it was to all of the shops. Loved the coffee and creamer too! There is only one small bathroom with a small mirror.... as long as you know this ahead of time it's a prime location.

Thank you for the kind review. We are glad that you enjoyed the convenient location.
