There is nothing not to love about this B&B. It is charming and comfortable, well maintained both inside and out, decorated beautifully and in keeping with the integrity of the home, rooms are clean and nicely appointed, breakfast is always special, it's within walking distance to almost everything in town, and the owners make you feel right at home. We were there again for parents weekend at Gettysburg College. My wife and I stayed in our usual room - there are many rooms with s king bed but we love the combination of steam shower and gas fireplace. Mike and Becky run a great Inn, the breakfasts are not to miss. The dining room always has cookies and some...

The Gaslight Inn is a gem. The innkeepers are very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfasts were delicious. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect for evening walks around downtown Gettysburg. We will definitely plan to stay at the Gaslight again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived very late and they had no problems accommodating us. It was dark when we arrived obviously but you could tell instantly that the property was beautiful and well maintained. Yes, as other reviewers mentioned, the street out front is under construction and parking is in the back, all of...

We loved our time here. Comfortable room and ambience near historic square, fantastic breakfasts, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful owners, great service. We so enjoyed the mornings that licensed guides came to provide topics of interest. They facilitated some great conversation about the battle. Other guests were a great bunch. Owners helped set up private tours and made eating suggestions. Would...

Our first visit to Gettysburg, we stayed in the Heather room at the Gaslight Inn. We had late check in and the instructions and keys were left as promised. The inn was well kept and furnished with period antiques which added to the charm. We enjoyed the complimentary teas and homemade treats while sitting on the porch, or enjoying the...

Bad point: Parking is accessible from the alley behind the place. They don't say that on the web site or when we booked the room by phone. Once they told us it was actually quite convenient, but we fed the meter across the street 50 cents to learn that. Room was nice but a bit small, not a lot of...

I would like to thank this guest for his review and for staying with us. I also want to address a couple of the points made in this review. First, directions to the Inn, how to find the parking, and an aerial photograph of our block of East Middle St. with the Inn and the Inn’s parking designated are on...

Innkeepers Mike, Becky and Elizabeth are a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable on the area, and things to do. They even take the time to go over a map of the area attractions with each couple. The Gaslight is within walking distance to all downtown, shops, restaurants, and ghost walks. The rooms are super clean and just like the...

I stay in Gettysburg regularly and I can say that the accomodations at the Gaslight have it all. The hospitality of the staff is grand and the property itself inviting. It has the best of both inside and out. You can sit on the porch or in the garden, yet be close to all the sites, many in walking distance....
