Huge lovely room. Awesome tea experience..as usual...we did this last year. Check in was a breeze (but no treasure experience for my infant son ....for some reason). No issue with late check out. Biggest compliant --Valet. Ridiculous wait for car (and car confusion with "in and out"). Very unexpected for a "leading" hotel. We are still waiting for our car...

We stayed here for my friend's birthday and it was wonderful! She stays here fairly frequently so the hotel knows them and that added an even extra layer of service. All of the staff were outstanding. We enjoyed tea in the Mary Cassatt room complete with special birthday treat they provided. The harpist was such a nice addition. We also...

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here that exceeded our expectations. The level of service is more than we could have asked for and rivals any top hotel anywhere. After dinner drinks in the library room with live jazz music was the perfect way to end the evening. I'd rate the mixed drinks they serve as the best I've ever...

We recently stayed at the Rittenhouse during the Philly Marathon. The location was perfect for both runner and spectator. We arrived the day before the race and settled into our room. We had a bit of trouble with one of the keys, and after feeling a bit silly that I couldn't get it to work the staff came up to...

Hotel was very clean, room service was very good, television channels were expansive, beautiful view of Rittenhouse square. concierge very helpful. Front desk attentive. Linens and bed were magnificent and the bath was luxurious. Stay here when I am in Philadelphia and find its location easy to walk to where I have to get too, center city.

Had our first night's stay at The Rittenhouse while visiting our college daughter's campus for a performance. The location is lovely and the service is pleasant, but the price for the room was OUTRAGEOUS for what we experienced. The hallway has that old hotel smell. The park view king room was bizarrely shaped and the bathroom more than dated. Gold...
