After numerous stays we will not be back. I was surprised by the lack of covid safety. Many maskless people, including a housekeeper, and no social distancing. Over 3 days I never once saw any cleaning or sanitizing of public and high touch areas. Wipes in dispensers were dried out. The pool area was a mess. Way over crowded. Over 3 days only got to swim for one hour despite having a reserved time as they overbook the reservations. At one time slot there were over 50 people in this tiny area. We arrived at the beginning of our appointed time and the area was littered with wet towels, wrist band and trash. Have always loved staying here for the views and the pool but never again.

The staff & housekeeping were great ! Thanks so much guys ... But I would definitely not go on the weekends which is the best time to go... But on Sunday there was a age range (18-21) I guess were having a party & all they did was walk the halls & smoke in fire exits all night ! Music on there phone all loud , just doing the most it was horrible ! And Monday night there was an altercation where cops were called & there was an unconscious man in the middle of the driveway Front entrance ! If u have anxiety & things like be aware cause my anxiety was activated and I couldn’t sleep the rest of my stay ! I was so afraid, not including the stench all damn night ! Besides that the staff was amazing & the bed so so so comfortable! Thanks Hilton see you again :)

Unless you have cash/points to burn, I would recommend to save your trip to this Hilton. They don’t understand hospitality or have any concerns for your health. None of their sanitizing dispensers actually work and they only had to manage 3 in lobby area and as none on any of their 22 floors! Told them twice but no one cares. Not once in the 3 days did we see any staffer spray disinfectant in the hotel lobby, elevator or waiting area, just an observation from what I have seen other hotels are doing. You have people walking around the hotel without masks and one smart guest just walking around waiting area with a beer in hand so he didn’t have to wear mask!? Not one staff member raised an alarm to this nonsense. My biggest concern now is hopefully I did not jeopardize my family because of this hotel lack of cleaniness and safety protocols. Posting signs up doesn’t make your compliant! Need to perform duties to keep hotel clean and disinfectant. 0 stars for their cleanliness or safety concerns. The rooms are dated and broken literally. Seems like the entire hotel is run by handful of paper pushing folks that are just busy checking in and out guests. Do not be mislead by the hotel photos! Out of many Hilton properties that I have visited, this place deserves to be closed permanently! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. It’s a Motel 6 in disguised! We forced them to switch our rooms thinking it was probably one room. Nope all rooms are like this on 9th floor. 0 stars for their rooms I get it things are delayed and some ameneties are reduced. However, these folks are taking in bigger bite than they could chew. My previous trips to other Hilton properties, every staff made efforts to their work. Here it just seems the staff is burned and hotel keeps taking in full bookings. Also, not sure if anyone has noticed but even though we all wear masks, you kind of notice when a person is smiling underneath. Here the staff just seems like they are either bored or forced to work. 0 star for their service Exec lounge is a joke! Coffee and tea dispenser is the only option allowed but they didn’t have bottled water, juices or packaged snacks? Covid concerns? No it’s call making an excuse because they have those available in their gift shop so ask yourself why not have it available in lounge? They are milking the pandemic by reducing amenities and charging full prices. 1 star only because they had coffee and tea available. Pool reservations is the most confusing. We have been to other hotels where you make reservations and they limit capacity for a time period due to Covid. Here it’s a free for all so even though we made reservations thinking it will be just us and few folks..they allowed anyone to come in the pool. When asked they told us anyone was allowed as long as it doesn’t go beyond max limit of the pool which was 25. SMH so what’s the purpose of reservations and why aren’t they limiting less than max to control safe distancing, wasn’t that the point of reservations? My kids didn’t feel safe at all so they quickly came out and never asked to go back to the pool. Basically, if you can’t manage crowd and scheduling how is this hotel even staying open? Never again Hilton! This was the most horrible experience.

Two weeks ago, I stayed here when I needed to take my sister to Jefferson Hospital for a one-day procedure. We stayed for 2 nights, and I would not go back. I get that it is a pandemic, and the restaurant and Honors lounge is closed. Let's start with check-in. The staff was two people, no one to help you with your bags or offer assistance. I had to drag the luggage cart outside myself and bring all the bags upstairs. Steven was a polite, pleasant clerk, but no one bit of being a diamond member held any importance. I would have been better off using points and not paying in hopes of an upgrade. The hotel seemed relatively empty, so I am confused about the lack of an upgrade. The room was just okay, worn around the edges, and could use an upgrade. The carpet in some spots was worn looking. The bathroom could use some modern upgrades. It just didn't' feel very clean. Parking is expensive, $37 plus tax, and no valet available. My sister could not walk to the car, so I had to go around and bring the car around. Walking to my car was uncomfortable. I never saw one security person the entire time I was there. The pungent smell of marijuana was overpowering in the elevator and lobby. I asked for a manager to contact me, and it is two weeks already. There is no food available, and you have to use uber eats, etc. The breakfast offerings were really crappy. A large crappy muffin and nothing to drink the first day, the second day was a container of apple juice. There didn't seem to be any place to walk and get food that was close by. My check-out experience was much better with one of the staff members. I think his name was Michael. He ran outside to help me hold the door to get the large luggage rack back inside. I stayed a few months ago at an NYC Hilton property, and during the pandemic, they did a much better job. There was no manager around when I asked to speak to one. I am not sure where he was hiding. It seems a shame that a diamond member gets put across from the elevator when the place seemed to be empty. This stay will probably sway me to downgrade my credit card and save money. I read a prior positive review and thought did they stay at the same hotel that I did?

We've stayed at the Hilton Penn's landing on three separate occasions, and have loved every moment of our stays. From pre-covid to smack dab in the middle of covid, to more lenient covid situations, the rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. Our large corner units with true king sized beds were spacious and well worth the cost. The bedding could have been more comfortable, but i do bring my own pillows. The views of the waterfront, bridge and across to Camden Aquarium are beautiful! The staff is friendly, accommodating and personable.
