The aka Rittenhouse Square is ideally located with all the tony shops of Walnut Street - and of course the Square - on the doorstep. The rooms (all suites, some apartments) are spacious, chic, well furnished and have a fully equipped compact kitchen. The free wi-fi is very robust. It is a perfect location for an extended stay too. Service...

We stayed here for 8 nights right after Christmas. We had taken the red-eye from San Diego and arrived at the hotel at 7:00am. The warm lobby smelled WONDERFUL and we were welcomed as weary travellers. The two bedroom suite was great although I had thought it came with a fireplace. Apparently none of the two bedroom suites have fireplaces....

We stayed one night at this beautiful apartment complex right near Rittenhouse Square, in the historic heart of Philadelphia. Normally they require a longer stay, but we were put up for a short rental, after staying a week at AKA Apartments in Washington DC, so as to be closer to JFK Airport for our departure back to Australia. Apartments are...

The staff was very nice (even stayed with our car while we brought our stuff up to the room) and the rooms and location were great. Because it's extended stay, they don't provide some basics like coffee filters, coffee, salt and pepper etc which would have been helpful for us. Overall we had a nice time but don't feel the...

My family and I stayed at the AKA for over 10 months as our house was being repaired. Everything about the AKA is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel is perfectly located in a great part of Center City. We highly recommend for a short or long term stay.

Rooms are nice and large. Very thin walls on a busy street. Lobby could be kept cleaner and there are signs of wear in the carpets. However the rooms are very nIce. Great area of Philly as well.

A great place to stay -does not look much when entering -and the disco lighting in the lift is different - but what a surprise inside. Really spacious rooms, excellently equipped, a free guest laundry, and John and team at the front desk are just superb in assisting. Close to all the sights and shopping in Philly -and an easy...

My wife and I stayed at the AKA RS for three days in July 2011. We were visiting Philly for the first time for the U2 360 concert and wanted something comfortable, well located, and close to the stadium. I found it through Trip Advisor and will say that we made the right choice. Now because this is a long-stay...

We stayed at the aka Korman for one month as our temporary housing before moving into our new home. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a small office for us and it was lovely. The hotel is very clean, the staff professional and accommodating, and we enjoyed our time there. Rittenhouse square is a lively place on the weekend...

All the reviews I had read before deciding for AKA were more than positive, and now I totally agree - AKA has one the best customer services I had had in a hotel in my life (if not the best ever). From reservations to check in, to city recommendations and dinner reservations, the staff was absolutely amazing, accommodating and helpful...
