This is a very charming building and very VERY well located. All the interactions were kind with the team. We stayed at room 301 - on the 3rd floor, so expect 2 flies of steps carrying luggage up as there is no elevators on it....More

Perfect location for touring the historic sites, period architecture and decor, comfortable rooms, good discount parking, great happy hour specials, good restaurant, Ok breakfast. You really cannot do better than this for downtown Philly.

Probably a 10–15 minute walk to Elfreth Ally. Not far but not very close.
