This was a great hotel, in a great location. You are within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, as well as Reading Terminal. There are plenty of pay to park lots, close by. We were on the 9th floor and it was so quiet, probably the quietest hotel we have stayed in.

Visit was great as always. Did not rate 5 stars because you let us load our own luggage into the car in the pouring rain. Shame on you! 5 employees standing inside warm and dry watching us. Rooms are always clean and well kept. This is our 5th or 6th time (at least) back to

Great service, great location. Dinner...so-so, breakfast (free) fabulous. Valet parking expensive but worth it for us; however, we found an oreo cookie in our car (we hate oreos) which meant one of the parking attendants was eating in our car--that was kind of gross.

An outside lot on 13th street just steps from the hotel for self park. It very easy in and out. The parking guys are great. It looks super crowded, but these guys are professional and will have you in and out in a jiffy.

Is there a view that staying on a higher level would be worth it?
