I booked this hotel to use their long term parking. I have done it before but when I returned to get my car last night, my entire wheel, rim, tire and lug nuts were stolen. Who ever did it, just left my car on the blacktop. The hotel did not seem to care. I do not think there are security...

We couldn't figure out why our room was freezing cold , come to realize the heat wasn't working .... after complaining they gave us a new room, which the heat didn't work either. After moving to 5 DIFFERENT ROOMS OF NO HEAT and threatening to leave they upgraded our room. This room had heat, but after settling in going out...

Arrived to check in only to be told that there was no reservation for us so we had to find a room elsewhere. On our return to the UK we found that they had charged us for the room and insist that we did actually stay there. I have asked for proof of this but they just ignore my emails....

Looking for a budget stay in Philly this place is OK. Not worth more then $70 a night. Hotel is not the cleanest and has visible defects all over. Stayed two different times and will not go back a third. Elevators are shady and take forever, usually one is only working at a time. Ice machines are on 3 different...

The pictures speak for themselves. I was afraid to touch things in my room. I rented through another site that rated it 3 stars, which was misleading. The front desk workers were always kind but the place was filthy.

No heat the first night until we messed around with the broken heater dials enough to get it turned on, but then had to unplug it to stop the heat. The entire hotel is worn out. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor because as everyone in the reviews state the elevator is broken. It will be fixed next week...

The worse hotel I've ever been. I booked for two nights since is close to the Fargo Arena and the Lincoln Stadium. The staff in the lobby was rude and unhelpful. The only elevator operative was always busy so it took us 20 min to go down. Our room was smelly and dirty, no clean towels(picture), apparently they were out...

Booked this hotel on an Internet travel site because it was near the airport, was a good price, and had a shuttle. The staff was great (especially Reggie, the airport shuttle driver), but the actual building was not so wonderful. There was only one elevator working (even the service elevator was shut down) which meant really long waits. The rooms...

I stayed at this hotel because it was the most reasonably price hotel with parking near the Philadelphia International Airport. I was only rated 2 stars but I figured that would be acceptable for 1 night. It was so much better than those 2 stars led me to expect. The room was not fancy but it was comfortable, had all...

The hotel is in a good central location to everything. Only a short drive to whatever you need. One of the elevators were broken while we were there and it literally took like 30 minutes to get up and down. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave which is really inconvenient. We stayed on the 14th floor and...
