I cannot say for certain, however, my best guess would be “No.” This is simply because of the hotel’s location, and, the excessive amount of traffic that you are likely to incur. I’ve met NBA & NFL Teams (players and coaches) at hotels on the outer perimeter of Center City, Philadelphia.

Does the Ritz offer parking? If so, how much per day?
It's about $50 per day. Sometimes you can have it included as part of a package deal

Actually they don't monitor your room activity and besides there's so many private seating areas in the lobby. You can order snacks and drinks there too
