It's rare to have a room with one queen bed, but it was perfect. Things were well enough appointed. Crabtree and Evelyn bath supplies. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee supplies - nice! My check in was easy. Hot water took a while to figure...More
Doubletree’s motto states, "we believe nice is contagious" and this hotel really exemplifies this. Brandon Lorquet, in the lounge, makes everyone feel at home with his welcoming smile and witty conversation. John B is not only the concierge, he answers phones and opens doors for...More

The rooms are average, at best. We had to stay on the housekeeping staff to get towels, conditioner and toilet paper. The conference rooms are comfortable but we requested toilet paper in the restrooms twice on two different days. We finally had to take the...More
Great location, accommodation is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The staff were professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast provides good variety of food for both continental and hot breakfast choices. Buffet is always well provided for.

Hello - there are no extra charges for microwave or mini-fridge. The shuttle just runs between the hotel and the airport. If you're looking to stay at this property as part of a visit to city center Philadelphia or to go shopping I suggest using something like a car sharing service or drive. Keep in mind this property is mostly used by folks making a flight connection. If you're intending to visit Philadelphia I suggest finding a property closer to city center and you'll have a much better experience.

There is valet parking and self parking. Although there appears to be a charge, when we stayed for a family reunion recently we only had to put our room key in the machine that controls the fate to get out of the parking lot. No money required.
