I stayed here for a meeting that was held in the hotel. The room was large with a King bed, sofa, chair, desk and dresser with a same refrigerator. The bathroom was also spacious and had been updated. Our meeting was held in the hotel and the meeting space was very nice and the food they supplied was also good.

I visited this hotel only for one night. The location seemed to be a great location right next to the liberty Bell, and Independence Hall. (Due to Hurricane Matthew headed toward my house my visit was cut short.). Anyway the hotel lobby was nice, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower controls were horrible though. There...

The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance to all the sights and food you need. The hotel lobby is modest and the staff is reasonably friendly. The rooms are fairly large but the mattress wasn't terribly comfortable, the room also didn't cool well even though the AC ran the entire time and it wasn't...

I've stayed at the Franklin Hotel twice. Both visits were very nice, and I have had no issues with the hotel. Most important to me, the room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the lighting sufficient, the bathroom large, and the toiletries above average. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a wedding nearby and it was a pretty perfect experience. Our room was on the end of the hall on the first floor. For a downtown city hotel the room was very spacious. The king bed was comfortable, there was ample closet space, big windows (since we had corner room there was...

My wife and I enjoyed staying 2 nights while attending a wedding, with the wedding reception also at the Franklin. The views from the upper floors are fabulous. We especially enjoyed having Room Service for breakfast both days. The only shortcoming was a wet spot on the carpet near the base of the wall that backs up to the shower....

With the hotels closer to Citizens Bank Park grossly overpriced, we stayed at this Marriott property for the Springsteen show and were very pleased with our stay. Located near Independence Hall and Park, it was easy to reach and the Valet parking is definitely worth it. The rooms were spotless and the decor was upscale. While not within walking distance...

We stayed here for wedding, and it was a great hotel. The room was clean, and they offered room service. There is a bar/lounge area downstairs, a spa/pool and a 24 hr. fitness room. This hotel was pet friendly. All though we only saw saw small dogs. It also had a pricey breakfast/lunch restaurant in it. There are several bars...

The hotel was conveniently located near Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Everything you'd expect out of a Marriott (formerly Omni) hotel. I stayed here previously 2 years prior but never have I had just horrendous neighbors. It was incredibly loud and you can hear all of their...intimate activities. This hotel certainly could use some improvement in the noise cancelling...

1st night very tired from a long day of travel, the shower only had cold water. Spouse convinced me that I had not adjusted the faucet properly because there was hot water in the sink.
